Q: What is the Personalized Library software?
A: For optimum organization the Personalized Library software is designed to collect, store, search and retrieve any documents or web pages from any source. To recall stored documents effortlessly, users can preassign specific, referable key words to their documents, and a powerful search engine will quickly locate them.




Library Software Main Screen


  • Log in using e-mail and password

  • The blue buttons that say Curriculum, Professional, Administrators, Principals, Common Core, Teachers, Librarians and Students can be changed and forwarded to the URL or link you select.
    See ‘Update Links’ below.
  • Search by title, keyword or alphabet’ – you can select search keywords for your documents to easily locate them for later use.

  • Here you can see the titles added to your Personalized Library.  You can add documents to your library from the ‘Update Library’ link.
  • What’s new’ keeps you up-to-date with current education news and publications.
  • Quick Facts is an on-going update of new findings in education.






Change Links

  • Just one click takes you to your district, school, organization or any other selected location, rapidly.






Update Library


  • Select from the list any document you would like to add to your Personalized Library. Just one click takes you to your district, school, organization or any other selected location, rapidly.

  • Click ‘Add Local Files’ to add a document to your Personalized Library from the files saved on your computer.

  • ‘Select All’ downloads all the available titles to your library.






Add Documents


  • Click ‘Browse File’ to add a document from your computer.

  • ‘File Location’ - enter a web address or click ‘Browse File’ to select a document from your computer.

  • Type each key word and click ‘Enter Key Word.’ The search engine uses these key words to locate and retrieve documents stored in your library.

  • Click ‘Add File’ to add files to your library.






Search for Documents


  • Search results are displayed here.

  • ‘Search Online Library’ will forward to the on-line library page to conduct an on-line search.






Delete Documents


Check the box and click ‘Delete’ to remove items from your library.
